At Favonique Studio, each item is made especially for you.
Because our products are customized and personalized, please read our refund and return policy carefully before placing an order.

🛠 Customized & Personalized Items

All personalized products (including photo light frames, custom text designs, and made-to-order items) are final sale.

Due to the custom nature of these products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect photo or text provided by the customer

  • Personal preference after production has started

Please double-check all customization details before submitting your order.

❌ Order Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.

  • If you need to make changes, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.

  • Once the design or production process begins, cancellation is no longer possible.

📦 Damaged or Defective Items

Your satisfaction is very important to us.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear photos of the damaged item

  • Photos of the packaging

  • Your order number

Once verified, we will offer one of the following:

  • A replacement (free of charge), or

  • A refund, depending on the situation

🚚 Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your package is delayed or lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

Please note that delivery delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or peak seasons are outside of our control, but we will do our best to assist you.

💳 Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider (e.g. PayPal or credit card company).
