🚚 Shipping & Delivery

Q: Where do you ship from? A:  All items are handmade and shipped directly from our studio in Edmonton,Edmonton, Alberta,Canada.

Q: How long will it take to get my order? A: Since every product  is custom-made, please allow 1-3 business days for us to craft it. Once shipped, here are the estimated delivery times:

       Canada: 2–7 business days (Fast Local Shipping!) Edmonton Pick up available       

        USA: 4–9 business days

        International: 10–20 business days

Q: Will I get a tracking number? A: Yes, for most orders! However, to help you save on shipping costs for smaller items (under 2cm thickness & 200g), we offer a low-cost Lettermail option.

          Standard, Express, or Free Shipping: These options always include a tracking number so you can follow your package's journey.

           Lettermail (Small Items): This option does not include a tracking number. However, we take a photo of your stamped package before mailing it for our internal records to ensure it was sent.

Q: How do I send my photo? A: You can choose the method that works best for you:

         Option 1: Website Chat  Click the Chat icon in the bottom right corner of our website and upload your photos directly.

         Option 2: Online Form Fill out our [Custom Detail Form] directly.

         Option 3: Social Media DM Send your images to us on Facebook (@favonique) or Instagram (@favonique.studio) .

         Option 4: Email Reply Simply reply to your order confirmation email with your photos attached.  Or send email directly : 

Q: What kind of photo works best? A: For the best glowing effect, please use a high-quality, clear photo.

           Photos taken in daylight look the best.

           Avoid blurry, dark, or pixelated images.

           Don't worry about cropping: Our designers will manually adjust your photo to fit the product  perfectly.

Q: Can I see a design preview before you make it? A: Yes, we can provide a preview upon request! However, to ensure our fast delivery speeds, please note the following:

         1.How to Request: You must explicitly request a preview at the same time you send us your photo (whether via email, our website form, or instant chat).

          2.Time Limit: We start physical production exactly 12 hours after receiving an order. If you do not request a preview when sending your photo, we will proceed immediately to production.

          3.Stay Connected: If you request a preview, please keep an eye on your messages/email.

          4.Note: Requesting a preview may delay your shipping time by 1-2 days depending on your reply speed.


❤️ Returns & Issues

Q: What is your return policy? A: Because our products are personalized specifically for you, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. However, your satisfaction is our priority!

Q: What if my item arrives damaged? A: If your lamp arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will send you a free replacement immediately.
